国产药芯焊丝与进口实芯焊丝的比较与分析

摘　　要：国内研制的用于SA2 13-T9l钢焊接的药芯焊丝YR91W与进口实芯焊丝在焊接工艺性能、成分组织、力学性能方面大致相同 ,但YR91W的熔敷金属在冲击韧性及高温力学性能方面优于进口实芯焊丝。同时 ,YR91W焊丝在打底焊时 ,不用背面充氮保护 ,提高了效率 ,节约了成本。另外 ,YR91W药芯焊丝的价格低于实芯焊丝。所以 ,焊接SA2 13-T91钢时 ,可以用YR9lW药芯焊丝代替价格昂贵的实芯焊丝。The flux-cored welding wire YR91W developed domestically for SA213-T91 steel is identical approximately to the imported solid cored welding wires in performance of welding process,composition structure and mechanical properties.But YR91W is prior to the imported solid cored welding wire in impact ductlity and high temperature mechanical properties.At same time during the bck-running YR91W welding wire does not require the nitrogen filling protection at the back,which increases the efficiency and save the cost.In addition,the price of YR91W flux-cored welding wire is lower than the solid cored welding wire.So for welding SA213-T91 steel the YR91W flux-cored welding wire can substitute the solid cored welding wire with expensive price.
