摘　　要：国外在T9l钢与异种钢焊接时 ,焊接材料多采用合金元素含量介于 2种母材之间的材料 ,并采用焊前预热和焊后热处理的工艺。在经过对T9l钢与钢 10 2异种钢焊接工艺进行研究后 ,使其焊接工艺与国外工艺相比得以简化。在确定了T91钢与钢 10 2异种钢新的、简化焊接工艺后 ,用该工艺制成了大量的试样。通过这些焊接试样的拉伸、弯曲试验结果 ,试样焊接区域的显微组织 ,试样焊口持久管爆试验 ,试样加速爆破试验等大量的试验验证 ,证明了T9l钢与钢 10 2异种钢采用上述简化工艺焊接的可行性 ,可指导实际的焊接施。For welding steel T91 with heterogeneous steel abroad,the welding material uses mostly the material with the contents of alloy element between the both parent materials with welding process of preheating and postweld treatment.The purpose of the current test is to simplify the foreign elding process through study on the welding process of heterogeneous St.T91 with St.102. After the new simplified welding process has been decided for the heterogeneous St.T91 with St.102,a lot of samples have been fabricated with the process.After a numbers of tests on the welding samples of St. T91 with St.102 for tensile,bending,microstructure of welding zone of samples,persistent pipe explosion test of weld joint sample,speeding up explosive test of sample,they have proed that the heterogeneous steel welding of St.T91 with St.102 is simple and practical,which is feasible to be sued for guidance of the practical construction welding process.
