摘  要:通过对 2 2 0t/h循环流化床锅炉高温旋风分离器进行的试验研究 ,得出了旋风分离器的分离效率、分级分离效率及一些因素如入口风速、飞灰浓度、粒径大小、烟气温度等对分离器性能的影响 ;以及分离性能对循环倍率、炉内燃烧等锅炉运行特性的影响。试验结果表明 :烟气温度升高会减少分离效率 ;分离器的分离效率随进口烟速的增大而增大、随飞灰浓度的增加而增大、随飞灰粒径的增加而增大 ;循环倍率越高 ,要求的分离效率越高 ;燃料中灰分越高 。Based on test and study on a high-temperature cyclone of a 220t/h circulation fluidized bed boiler the influence of the cyclone separation efficiency, classified separation efficiency and other factors like inlet air speed, flying ash density, grain size, flue gas temperature on the properties of the cyclone has been obtained, also the influence of the separation property on operation performance and operation of the boiler. The test results indicate that the temperature rise of the flue gas will result in reduction of the separation efficiency; the separation efficiency of the cyclone will be increased with the increase of the flue gas speed at inlet; increase of density and grain size of the flying ash; the higher the multiplying power of circulation, the higher the separation efficiency to be required; the higher the ash content in the fuel, the greater the multiplying power of circulation to be required.
