摘　　要：用集群理论来探讨我国港口产业今后的发展方向。论证了用集群理论分析港口产业的可行性,分析了我国港口产业集群的行业状况和分布层次,并就我国港口产业集群模式和结构的建立,提出了构建港口产业集群网络、合理定位政府功能和完善物流网络等建议,旨在进一步提高我国港口的市场竞争力。最后结合实际,分析了港口产业集群理论对上海临港新城建设的启示。The theory of industry clustering is applied to the analysis of Chinese port industry. The availability of the theory to study the port industry is discussed, and the port industry details and inter-structure in Chinese port cluster are analyzed. Then some relevant suggestions for the pattern and structure of Chinese port cluster, such as constructing the network of port cluster, positioning the governmental function and improving the logistics network, are made to enhance the market competitiveness. Finally, some advices for the building of Shanghai Lingang City are presented.
