摘　　要：根据城市交通用地的性质,在考虑路网容量和交通流速度的基础上,以交通用地所增加的收益最大化为目标,建立了城市交通用地的概念模型,然后对概念模型中的有关参数逐一进行标定和推算,最后利用K T条件得到了该概念模型所表示的合理的城市用地规模与交通流平均速度。According to the property of urban transportation land use, a conception model of transportation land use is established based on consideration of the road network capacity and traffic flow velocity. The maximum of gain obtained from increase of transportation land use is the objective function of the model. And the parameters in the model have been labeled or computed one by one. Finally the rational urban transportation land use scale and traffic flow velocity have been worked out by employing the K-T rule.
