摘　　要：分别从黄浦江畔世博会选址和浦江综合开发、"东方水都"中的世博会与上海城市形象、世博会与上海水上旅游的共同发展理念、依托世博会发展邮船游艇经济、世博圈与长三角水上旅游圈等5个方面阐述,进而建议上海"水上旅游产业"与"世博会"应谋求良性互动式的发展。The relations between water tourism development and Shanghai EXPO in 2010 are discussed from the following five aspects: the location of the EXPO at the Huangpu riverside with the full development of the Huangpu River,the EXPO in East Water City with the city image of Shanghai,the common development principle between the EXPO and Shanghai water tourism,the cruiser and yacht shipping economy with the EXPO,the EXPO economy circle with the water tourism circle of Yangtze River Delta and so on.It is further suggested that Shanghai should try to make win-win interactive development of both the water tourism and the EXPO.
