摘 要:脱硝反应器由针电极和线电极组成,针电极采用不锈钢细管制成,添加剂从针电极喷出;当针电极接 脉冲高压电源电晕放电时,添加剂生成自由基,用以脱除烟气中的氮氧化物。实验结果表明:当氨气和丙烯同 时加入时,氮氧化物的去除率随着丙烯加入量及能量密度的增加而增加;在能量密度为2 W·h/m3,氮氧化物的 初始体积分数约为80×10-6时,NO的脱除效牢达到76%,NOx的脱除率达到54%.The de-NOx reactor is made of the needle electrodes and the wire electrodes, in which the needle electrodes are made by the fine stainless steels and the additives can be added into reactor through the needle electrodes. When a pulsed high voltage is applied on the needle electrodes, a corona discharge is produced, and additives can be excitated to create active species which remove NOx from the flue gases. The result shows that, when ammonia and propylene are added into the reactor simutaneously, NOx removal efficiency is increased by the increasing the propylene concentration and energy density. but NOx removal efficiency is reduced when the inception concentrations of NOx are increased. The NO removal efficiency of 76% and NOx removal efficiency of 54% is obtained when energy density is 2 W·h/m3 and the inception concentration of NOx are about 80×10-6.
