摘　　要：精益生产的四大支持技术是：成组技术、准时生产、并行工程和全面质量管理．精益生产不仅可指导生产管理，也可指导计算机辅助工艺设计（ＣＡＰＰ）．在ＣＡＰＰ研究中采用精益生产理论，可以使开发的ＣＡＰＰ更加合理化。Lean-production includes four support technologies as follows: Group Technology, Just In The, Concurrent Engineering and Total Quality Management. As a management philosophy, it not only be used in production management, but also be used in the research of computer aided process planning(CAPP). In the research of CAPP, more rational and practical CAPP system can be developed by the using of Lean-production theory.
