摘　　要：通过国内某工业汽轮机制造企业实际案例，介绍了大批量定制生产的基本概念：大批量定制生产的关键是产品的模块化和分类编码．在此基础上可以真正实现产品设计和制造过程的同步；可以根据不完整的结构信息进行零件的预制；可以将不同产品中的相似零件归并加工，并能支持准确而快速的报价．In the paper, the basic conception of Mass Customiza tion is introduced through the case of an industry steam turbine works. The Key of Mass Custornizaion is the modulation and classification code. On the base, the concurrent between product design and manu facturing process can be realized; the incomplete structure information can be used to do primary process of parts; the similar parts which be long to different products can be processed together; the quick and cor rect quotation can be made.
