摘　　要：本文指出了适当选择嵌入式光栅耦合器的参数后 ,其工作频率范围将被有效地展宽 ,带宽比Griffel等设计的要大约一个数量级 。In this paper, the operating frequency range of embeded grating couplers can be made considerably wide if the parameters are chosen properly. The frequency band width may be one order larger than that of Griffel's. A promising subject for future studies is put forward.
