摘 要:通过对某油田在固井过程发生的套管泄漏事故进行调查 ,对该油田进行的套管试压检验过程进行全面了解 ,对试压合格和不合格的两种套管进行检测 ,认为目前油田进行的套管水压试验方法不科学 ;水压试验结果会错判或误判 ,将一些不合格的套管判为合格 ,而将大多数合格的套管判为不合格。因此 ,水压试验合格的套管下井之后并不能保证其密封可靠性。驻厂监造和严格井队下套管作业程序 ,是保证套管质量 ,防止或减少套管泄漏事故的有效途径。By investigating a casing leakage accedent that happened in the cementing operations in an oilfield,especially by inspecting the hydraulic pressure test previously made in the oilfield,and re testing the qualified and unqualified casings tested by the oilfield,it was found that the bydraulic pressure testing method being used in many oilfields is not scientific,easily leading to inaccwrate test results.Moreover,the leakproofness of the qualified casings may not be assured after they are used in the well.Therefore,manufacture supervision by the oilfield and standard procedures for down hole casing operations are the effective ways of improving casing quality and preventing or reducing leakage accidents.
