摘　　要：为了满足我国西南偏远农村对通信的需求以及运营商的投入成本高的问题,村通工程CDMA450广泛应用与西南农村地区。对于一个以广覆盖为目标,采用450 MHz频段的CDMA-1X网络,前期网络规划在很大程度上决定了网络的结构,对网络投资以及质量起着决定性作用,是将来网络发展的基础,而给出了CDMA450网络的详细规划流程,以及后期扩容的有效方案,旨在为运营商建网提供决策参考。Communication requirement in country out of the way is to be satisfied, but the cost building network is expensive. So the CDMA450 project of 'Communication with Every Village' is applied widely in southwest countries. As for a CDMA-1X network with 450 MHz frequency aim at overlay widely ,layout in prophase decide the structure , cost and quality of network, and is foundation of network develoption in the furture. Construction for CDMA450 network in details and scheme expanding capacity latter is proposed in this paper.
