摘　　要：讨论了基于地理信息系统(GIS)平台的智能交通系统中车载终端的作用和意义;阐述了利用GPS智能定位的工作原理;介绍了GSM/GPRS模块及其性能和使用方法。讨论了利用GPS智能定位终端的软硬件设计与实现方法。The paper discussed the function and significance based on the GIS platform in vehicle terminal system of ITS, expounded the working principle on GPS,and introduced the function and using method in GSM/GPRS model.The paper cliscussed the design the hardware and software on GPS.
