摘　　要：邓小平的对外战略思想是邓小平理论的重要内容。准确理解邓小平对外战略思想的逻辑起点 ,抓住邓小平对外战略思想的工作重心 ,领会邓小平对外战略思想的根本原则 ,阐释邓小平对外战略思想中善于抓住机遇、国家利益高于一切、着眼全球战略等具体操作方针 ,从而把握其内在逻辑 。Deng XiaoPing's strategic thinking of foreign relation is an important component of Deng Xiaoping Theory.It is of great importance to understand correctly its logical start,grasp its core and basic principle,expound the policies of taking the chance,putting state interests above all and having a global strategy,and then to grasp its internal logic.
