摘　　要：自然风景旅游区具有特殊的生态和环境作用,对它的开发要在不损害景区自然环境的前提下进行。本文总结了目前旅游与环境存在的一些冲突,在此基础上探讨了基于环境保护下,规划设计应遵循的原则。The natural scenery tour area possesses special ecology and environmentalfunctions,and we should not develop it under destroying natural environment.In the paper,some conflicts which exist in tour and environment at presentare summed up.Based on it,the principlesof plan and design natural scenery tour areas were researched.In a word,in order to let visitors can enjoy charming natural environment of our country,we must protect our country's resourcesand natural environment.When designing natural scenery tour area,we must set up the consciousness of environmental protection,and from function sub-area to design scenic spot all should be followed the ecology principle which can assure the continuous utilization perpetually of tour resources.Finally,the goods and the culture that people increasingly need will be satisfied in our planning design,and the good living conditions will be created for us descendants.
