摘  要:研究了高粱Sorghumbicolor雄性不育系与苏丹草Sorghumsudanense 2种杂交组合F2 代的生长、形态、花粉育性及细胞遗传学特性。结果表明 :高粱雄性不育系A2 ×黑壳苏丹草、高粱雄性不育系A4×棕壳苏丹草 2个杂交组合F2 代的生长势和平均株高明显超过其父本苏丹草 ,继承了父本苏丹草分蘖能力强的优良特性和母本雄性不育系高粱的抗倒伏特性 ,叶量丰富 ,育种潜力大 ;F2 代穗型分离 ,变异较大 ,其中高粱雄性不育系A2 ×黑壳苏丹草杂种F2 穗型变异大于高粱雄性不育系A4×棕壳苏丹草杂种F2 ,这是后代优良单株选育的重要形态学依据 ;2个杂交组合F2 代的生育期均为 14 1d ,花粉可育率均高达 97% ,不存在育性问题 ,其花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ (PMCMⅠ )平均染色体构型均为 2n =2 0 =10Ⅱ ,其中棒状二价体频率(3 34~ 3 5 1)略高于其父本苏丹草 (1 98~ 2 15 ) ,配对行为较规则。The growth, feature, pollen fertility and genetic characteristics of F_2 progenies from 2 cross combinations of Sorghum male-sterile line (A_2, A_4) and Sudan grass (black hull, brown hull) were studied. The results showed that the growth potential and average height of F_2 progenies from A_2 ×black hull and A_4×brown hull were higher than their fathers, and inherited their high tillering ability and mother's high lodging resistance, with plentiful leaves and great breeding potential. The tassel variation in F_2 from A_2 ×black hull was greater than that from A_4×brown hull, which was a very important morphological basis for single plant selection. The life history was 141d for both cross progenies, and the pollen fertility is 97%, chromosome pattern was 2n=20=10Ⅱ, the frequency of rod-bivalents (3.34~3.51)was slightly higher that their father's(1.98~2.15), pairing behavior was regular.
