摘　　要：介绍了一种静脉输液控制器的硬件结构和软件的设计 ,对出现的滴速不稳、抖动 ,步进电机的控制迟滞及掉电保护电路等问题提出了独到的解决方案。This paper introduces the structure of the hardware and the design of the software.It puts forward solutions to a series of problems including the instability of the dripping speed,the vibration,the controlling stagnancy of the stepping electric motor and the circuit protector against power failure.
