摘　　要：帕列托法则是由意大利经济学家帕列托1897年发现,又经后人阐释而来(又称80/20法则、关键少数法则等)。帕列托法则认为,事物因果之间存在不平衡现象,小的诱因可以产生巨大的结果。帕列托法则可以帮助我们分析、寻找事物的关键少数因子,做到事半功倍。将其运用到玉米育种研究中可以减少资源浪费,提高育种效率。The Pareto Principle” was discovered by Vilfredo Pareto who was an economist of Italia in 1897. “The Pareto Principle” indicated that there exists an unbalance between reason and result of object. And huge result was produced by minor reason. “The Pareto Principle” can help us analyze and find out a few crucial factors for getting the twice result with the half effort. The application of “The Pareto Principle” can reduce waste of resources and raise breeding productivity.
