摘　　要：综述了有机锡试剂与有机亲电试剂在过渡金属催化下交叉偶联合成有机酮化物的研究进展。在温和的条件下有机锡试剂和有机卤化物发生交叉偶联、羰基插入反应，可区域选择性和立体选择性的形成有机酮化物，对偶联反应的机理作了简单介绍。This article reviews the advences in the investigation on the cross-coupling reactions of organotin reagents with organic electrophiles for the synthesis of organic ketones by the palladium catalyzed. The direct cross-coupling reactions,carbonyl insertion reactions of organotin reagents with organic halides can be carried out under mild conditions with high regio- and stereo-selectivity. The mechanisms of the cross-coupling reactions are also discussed.
