摘　　要：黄连解毒片是由“黄连解毒汤”改换剂型而来 .功效为泻火解毒 .用薄层层析法来鉴别黄芩、栀子两味药材在成药中的存在 ;用薄层扫描法测定成药栀子甙的含量 .方法简便、可靠 .The Xanthoma Alexipharmic pill is transformed from an antidote, which have the same contents It is generally used to eliminate body heat and noxious substances Folium analysis on determining the contents of scutellaria baicalensis georgi and gardenia in the pills, and folium scanning on the content of genipside are convenient and reliable methods, thus can be used as the quality examine standards of the Xanthoma Alexipharmic pill
