摘 要:利用Co60 γ -射线辐射引发聚合的方法制备高分子复合吸水材料 (SAPC) ,研究丙烯酰胺 /蒙脱土层间吸附嵌入及聚合机理 ,并对复合吸水材料的结构和性能予以解析 .用质量分数为 4 %和 2 0 %的丙烯酰胺水溶液制备的丙烯酰胺 /蒙脱土嵌入复合物 ,层间扩展距离分别为 1 5nm和 2 0nm ,对应于丙烯酰胺分子的单分子层和双分子层吸附 ,辐射聚合后的嵌入复合物较蒙脱土的吸水倍数显著提高 .结果表明 ,丙烯酰胺是以其分子平面垂直于硅酸盐的层片方向嵌入 ,聚合后 。Discusses the preparation of superabsorbent polymer composite (SAPC)by Co 60 γ-radiation techniques,studies the mechanism of the adsorption and polymerization, and characterization its structure also as well The acrylamide/montmorillonite intercalation compounds obtained by treating sodium montmorillonite with acrylamide aqueous solutions, the mass concentrations varied from 4% to 20%, and the basal spacings of the compounds prepared from 4% and 20% acrylamide aqueous solutions were ca 1 5 nm and 2 0 nm respectively These values suggested that acrylamide was intercalated as monomolecular and bimolecular arrangements in the interlayer space of montmorillonite with the molecular plane perpendicular to the silicate sheet The composites prepared by γ-ray radiation presents superior water retaining capacity to the raw sodium montmorillonite, and the existing montmorillonite served to converse polymer intercalated from water soluble to absorbable
