摘　　要：根据纺织企业的特点 ,深入分析了其在转产过程中面临的风险因素 .提出了纺织企业转产风险指标体系 ,并通过问卷调查方式 。A deeply analysis to factors of transformation risk is given on the character of textile enterprise in this paper. The transformation risk system of textile enterprise is raised, and a detail analysis about the importance of every factor of transformation risk of textile enterprise is done by means of investigating and inquiring .
