摘 要:目的:了解高校学生艾滋病认知状况,为制定有针对性的艾滋病健康教育和综合防治措施提供科学依据。方法:采用现场不记名方式对某高校1800名学生进行有关艾滋病知识问卷的现况调查。结果:67.3%的学生知道艾滋病的全称,35.5%的学生能正确回答艾滋病的三种主要传播途径,但有29.0%的学生认为蚊虫叮咬可传播艾滋病,对此知识的掌握高年级和医学生掌握程度优于年低年级和非医学生。86.0%医学生和21.9%的非医学生觉得艾滋病不可怕,只要注意自己的行为。被调查的学生中67.2%的学生不赞成性开放和80.9%的人不赞成婚外性行为。结论:高校学生对艾滋病有关知识了解程度与其所接受的教育极不相称,提示在高校开设有关艾滋病知识的健康教育势在必行。Objective: To investigate awareness and understanding of AIDS among college students and provide evidences for implementation of AIDS prevention and health education.Methods: An anonymous questionnaire investigation was conducted among 1800 students from a university in Jiujiang.Results: 67.3% investigated students understood the meaning of the term 'AIDS' and 35.5% students knew the three ways of HIV transmission.But 29.0% students thought that mosquito bites could transmit HIV,which higher-grade and medical students had more correct understanding than lower-grade and non-medical major students.67.2% students disapproved of open attitude towards sex,while 80.9% students disapproved of extra-marriage sex.Conclusion: College students are disproportional between AIDS knowledge they have and education they receive.The study suggests that opening health education course for non-medical major students is imperative.
