摘　　要：分析了低温对电力机车运行的影响,并简要介绍SS9型机车采用的防寒措施和存在问题,着重分析了空气管路系统的防水防寒问题,并提出解决方案。The bad influence of low temperature on electric locomotive running is analyzed in the paper.Intro-duced are the cold-proof measures and existent problems on type SS 9 electric locomotive.Water-proof and cold-proof problems for locomotive pipeline system,as well as the settlement projects are expounded.
