摘 要:[目的 ]探讨铁路工频电磁场对人体免疫系统的影响。 [方法 ]对某铁路分局长期在 2 7 5kV高电压环境中工作的主要工种 ,以整群随机抽样方法 ,抽取 192名职工为观察组 ,另抽取非接触电磁场的 10 6名职工为对照组 ,分别检测作业环境的电场、磁感应强度和人体免疫细胞、免疫球蛋白的水平。 [结果 ]电气化铁路主要工种电场日暴露强度为 0 9~2 73 (kV m)·h ,磁感应日暴露强度 0 33~ 0 49mT·h ,观察组白细胞总数、淋巴细胞数和血清IgG、IgA含量明显低于对照组 ,差异有显著性。但未发现IgM有此差别。 [结论 ]工频电磁场可能影响人体的免疫系统 。To explore the effects of electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequency on immune system in electric railway workers. 192 workers exposed to electromagnetic fields and 106 non exposed workers were selected at random as exposure group and control group,respectively,Workers of exposure group have been working under 27 5kV high voltage environment. The intensity of electric and magnetic fields were measured. The immune cells and immunoglobulin in peripheral blood were examined in workers. Daily exposure intensity of electric field of the main sort of workers was 0 9~2 73(kV/m)·h,that of magnetic fields was 0 33~0 49mT·h. The total number of white blood cells,lymphocytes and the levels of IgG,IgA were lower in exposure group than in control group,but the IgM level was not different between two groups. [Conclusion] Electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequency might have some effects on immume system in workers exposed.
