摘 要:目的 探索趾长伸肌腱内侧束转位修复下胫腓联合分离的解剖学依据。方法 在 30侧成人下肢标本上对趾长伸肌腱进行形态学观测 ;2侧标本进行摹拟术式设计。结果 趾长伸肌腱在起始处分为 2~ 4束 ,其中内侧束在踝关节平面上长为 (16 7± 2 .4)cm ;上、中、下段宽分别为 (0 .4± 0 .1)cm ,(0 .4± 0 .2 )cm ,(0 .4± 0 .1)cm ;上、中、下段厚为 (2 .0±0 .5 )mm ,(1.8± 0 .4)mm ,(1.6± 0 .3)mm。结论 趾长伸肌腱内侧束有足够的长度和宽厚度转位修复下胫腓联合分离 ,术式经标本摹拟具有可行性。Objective To probe the anatomical basis of long extensor muscle of digits tendon medial cord to be transferred to repair the dislocation with separation of the syndesmosis tibiofibal aris Method The morphology of long extensor muscle of digits tendon was observed and measured on 30 adult cadaver lower limbs; and the operation imitated on 2 cadaver limbs Results The long extensor muscle of digits tendon was divided into 2 to 4 cords at the beginning Above the ankle joint, the long extensor muscle of digits tendon medial cord was (16.7±2.4) cm in length, the width and thickness of upper part was (0.4±0.1) cm and (2.0±0.5) mm, that of middle part was (0.4±0.2) cm and (1.8±0.4) mm, and the lower part was (0.4±0.1) cm and (1.6±0.3) mm respectively conelution The results indicated that the long extensor muscle of digits tendon medial cord might be long and strong enough to be transferred to repair the dislocation with separation of the syndesmosis tibiofibalaris, the operation be practical after being imitated on specimens
