摘　　要：目的　探讨青年人APOA 1/APOB 水平与AS危险因素的关系。方法　对 2 0～ 35岁青年人采用联合免疫火箭电泳法检测APOA 1/APOB。结果　APOA 1为 (1 32± 0 .2 2 )g/L ,APOB 为 (0 .79± 0 .2 3)g/L ,APOA 1/APOB 比率为 1.5 4±0 .2 8。结论　APOA 1/APOB 与不良生活习性密切相关 ,在早期预示AS危险趋势上 ,APOA 1/APOB 测定较血脂更敏感。Objective The relationship between the serum level of APO A 1 /APO B and AS dangerous factors, was also investigated at the same time in the young Method The clinical reference value of APO A 1 /APO B was obtained from the group of 20 to 35 years old by means of ally rocket immunoelectrophoresis Result APO A 1 's reference value was 1.32±0.22 g/l, APO B's was 0.79±0.23 g/l, and that of APO A 1 /APO B was 1.54±0.28 Conclusion It can be concluded that APO A 1 /APO B is evidently correlated with bad habits In the early stage of prediction of AS dangerous tendency, APO A 1 /APO B is more sensitive than the blood level of fat, and can attract the attention as early as possible
