老年肺结核85例的临床特点及护理研究

摘　　要：目的　为了作好老年肺结核病人的护理。方法　对 85例 6 0岁以上 ,住院肺结核病人进行个性、自理能力及部分临床项目调查统计 ;并以 17～ 41岁青壮年肺结核组作对照。结果　老年肺结核组具有以长者自居 ,生活能力差 ,Ⅳ型结核占比例大 ,合并多种严重并发症多等特点。结论　对老年肺结核病人护理不仅要求有良好的医德医风和基础护理知识。而且 ,要掌握呼吸、循环、代谢、急救等学科方面的知识。Objective To make good nursing of the patients with elderly tuberculosis Method 85 patients over 60 years with tuberculosis inpatient were investigated and statistally dealt within personal, self care ability and partial clinical item, then compared with the youth aged 17 41 Result The patients with elderly tuberculosis had identity, poor living ability, Type Ⅳ tuberculosis had more proportional and combined more serious complications Conclusion The nursing of these patient not only had better medical morality and manners and basic nursing but also had broadened tuberculosis special knowledge and respiratory, circulalion, metabolism and first aid knowledge
