摘　　要：目的　探讨复方丹参滴丸对肾病高凝状态的疗效。方法　实验组 15例使用复方丹参滴丸加基础治疗 ;对照组 15例仅给基础治疗。结果　实验组对改善肾病高凝状态及疗效指标均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objective To study the clinical effect of the Compound Danshen's Dropping Pills(CDDP)on hypercoagulable state of nephrotic syndrom(NS) Method 15 cases treated with CDDP for additional treating NS were tested groups 15 cases were as control group Result hypercoagulable state was improved and effective index of NS in tested groups was better than in control groups Conclusion CDDP has certain effects on hypercoagulable state and prognosis in NS Its use is also safe and simple Therefore, it can be used as a routine drug for additional treatment in NS
