摘　　要：目的　研制CHIRON 840 ,85 0血气分析仪定标液。方法　在对进口原装定标液的组成成分及理化特性进行分析的基础上 ,自行设计配方配制 ,并反复与进口试剂对比调整。结果　研制定标液测试的精密度良好 ,重复测定的变异系数(CV)为 0 0 4%～ 0 49% ,K+,Na+,Cl-,Ca 四种离子的平均回收率分别为 :10 0 9% ,10 0 3 % ,10 0 8% ,98 3%。与进口定标液对比检测 40份标本 ,有良好的相关性 ,相关系数分别为pH ,r =0 .9991;K+,r=0 .9990 ;Na+,r =0 .990 8;Cl-,r =0 .9898;Ca ,r=0 .9972。结论　自研血气分析仪定标液可替代进口试剂应用。Objective To prepare calibration reagents used on the 840, 850 blood gas analyzer Method Based on analyzing the active ingredients of the recommended reagents, the prescriptions of them were designed before their being produced Result Repeated tests showed the accuracy was good The within-run cv was 0.04%～0.49%, mean recoveries of K +,Na +,Cl -,Ca 2+ were 100.9%,100.3%,100.8%,98.3% respectively The results of 40 samples measured by the prepared reagents were correlated closely with the recommended reagents, and the correlative coefficients were pH, r =0.9991;K +, r =0.9990;Na +, r =0.9908;Cl -, r =0.9898;Ca ++ , r =0.9972 Conclusion The prepared reagents can replace the recommended reagents
