素尔松与麝香接骨丹对骨折消肿止痛及愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的　比较两种药物对骨折后消肿止痛及骨折愈合的影响。方法　选择 2 40例单纯胫骨骨折患者 ,随机分为 3组 ,分别给予素尔松和麝香接骨丹 ,另组为空白对照组。记录 3组肿痛缓解时间、BMD和骨折愈合参数。结果　两种药物对骨折后消肿、止痛及骨折愈合均有效果 ,尤以素尔松明显。结论　素尔松是一种较好的促进消肿、止痛及骨折愈合的药物。Objective To evaluate the effect of two different drugs on releasing swelling, analgesia and the time of fracture union. Method 240 cases with tibia fractures were divided randomly into 3 groups respectively. The experimental groups took “Osteritis Panacea Tablet” and “Shexiang Jiegu Dan”, another group was placebo. The pateints were surveyed for the releasing swelling pain, bone mineral density(BMD), fracture healing quality. Result In the groups given “Osteritis Panacea Tablet” and “Shexiang Jiegu Dan”, swelling and pain were released, the time of fracture union was shorter, and the effect of “Osteritis Panacea Tablet” was superior to “Shexiang Jiegu Dan”. Conclusion “Osteritis Panacea Tablet” is an effictive medicine in releasing swelling, analgesia and shorten the time of fracture union.
