摘　　要：《中俄解决悬案大纲协定》的签订,恢复了自十月革命以来中断了的中苏两国外交关系,同时,该协定的签订背景、过程以及其主要内容的变化,也充分体现了苏联早期对华政策的演变过程。After the signing of the Sino-Russian Basic Entente for Solving The Unsettled Problems, the interrupted diplomatic relations between the USSR and China since the October Revolution has been resumed. In the meantime, the background, the process and the changes in main contents of signing this entente have reflected the development of the Chinese policy of the early Soviet Union.
