患者和家属教育干预对功能性消化不良康复疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨患者和家属教育干预对功能性消化不良患者康复疗效的影响。方法将100例功能性消化不良患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,2组患者治疗方案相同。观察组在常规护理的基础上进行患者和家属教育干预;对照组只进行常规护理。对2组患者首次发病、多次发病、不同病程的临床疗效以及复发率进行对照分析。结果2组首次发病患者疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组多次发病患者疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组病程在半年内的患者疗效无统计学意义(P>0.05),病程在半年以上的患者疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后的复发率经χ2检验有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论患者和家属教育干预能促进反复发作的患者或病程在半年以上的功能性消化不良患者的康复,并可降低功能性消化不良的复发率。Objective To discuss the effect of the education intervention to the patient and the family members on the curative effect and recovery of the functional dyspepsia patients.Methods 100 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups.50 cases as the control group only received the routine nursing,and the other 50 patients as the experiment group received the education intervention to the patients and the family members besides the routine nursing.The clinical curative effect of first-episode,the time-after-time-episode,and the different course of diseases,and the relapse rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The results showed that there were no differences in both groups about the clinical curative effect of first-episode patients(P>0.05), and there were significant differences in the time-after-time-episode patients(P<0.05).There were no differences about the curative effect in the patients whose disease courses were within half a year(P<(0.01),) and there were differences in the patients whose disease courses were over half a year(P<(0.05).) There was a statistical difference on the relapse rate after treatment in the two groups through(χ~2-test.)Conclusions The education intervention to patients and their family members can promote the recovery of the functional dyspepsia patients whose disease repeatedly attacks or whose disease course lasts more than half a year,and may reduce the relapse rate of functional dyspepsia.
