选择性绿激光治疗前列腺增生的护理

摘　　要：目的 总结选择性绿激光(PVP)治疗前列腺增生(BPH)的护理经验.方法 本研究资料65例,通过多媒体进行术前宣教,认真观察并准确记录每位患者的手术时间,留置尿管时间,尿液的颜色变化,有无腹痛、膀胱痉孪等不适,拔管后的情况.结果 手术时间为27～105 min,平均时间37 min.留置尿管时间12～72 h.拔管后排尿通畅,术后平均2～4 d顺利出院.结论 视频宣教有助于提高心理护理效果.PVP手术具有时间短、术后出血少、术后置管时间短、不需膀胱冲洗、患者无痛苦,住院时间短等优点.Objective To summarize the nursing experiences of photoselective vaporization of the prostate(PVP) procedure for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Before the operation,a total of 65 patients were introduced about this new technique by video multi media.The operation time,indwelling catheter time,urine color,some complains including abdominal pain and bladder spasm,and status after catheter pulled out were observed and recorded.Results The operation time varied from 27min-105min,and the mean time was 37min.The indwelling catheter time varied between 6h-72h.The symptoms were improved remarkably after the operation,and the hospitalization time was between 48h-96h.Conclusions The video multi media introduction can improve the effect of mental nursing.PVP is a safe and efficient procedure,with short operation time,less bleeding after the operation,short indwelling catheter time and no irrigation after the operation,as well as no pain and short hospitalization time.
