摘　　要：目的 探讨对安置心脏永久性起搏器患者施行经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TURP)的护理方法 .方法 回顾性总结1977～2004年对8例患者的护理经验,包括术前评估患者状况、术中注意事项和术后护理要点.结果 患者手术过程顺利,术中生命体征平稳,术后恢复良好.结论 留置永久性心脏器并非TURP的绝对禁忌证,只要充分做好术前准备、术中严密监护和术后精心护理,是可以安全地施行TURP手术的.Objective To discuss the nursing care for the patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker in the transurethral resection of prostate (TURP).Methods A retrospective study was made on TURP for 8 patients equipped with the cardiac pacemaker from 1977 to 2004.Assessment of condition of patients before the operation,notice proceeding during the treatment and nursing essentials after the operation was summarized.Results All the operations were successful,the life signs during the operation were reposeful and all the patients experienced satisfactory recovery.Conclusions Patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker can receive TURP provided that full pre-operative preparation,rigorous monitor during the operation and careful nursing after the operation are carried through.
