摘 要:目的通过系统的社会心理护理和语音教育,加强手术效果,增强腭裂患者的社会适应能力。方法通过系统的监护人心理教育,疾病常识教育,患儿心理教育,以及发音教育,调整患儿的心理适应能力,促进腭裂患儿融入社会。结果3年中经过系统教育的腭裂患儿的社会融入能力得到明显提高,发音情况明显改善。结论语音的恢复和心理教育有助于患儿融入社会,而更好地融入社会也有利于患儿的语音恢复和正确人格的建立。Objective To improve the society adaptive capacity of patients with cleft palate by giving social mental nursing and phonetic sound education.Methods Through the systematical guardian psychological education,common disease education,patients psychological education,and phonetic sound education,the authors hope to improve the patients' psycho-adaptability,and helped them to acclimatize themselves to the society.Results The patient's social adaptive capability was improved obviously after three-year systematical education,and their sonorific ability was improved too.Conclusions Social mental nursing and phonetic sound education can help the patients with cleft palate acclimatize the society;simultaneously,the improvement of social adaptability help them to correct their phonetic sound and build up correct personality.
