无抽搐电休克治疗精神病患者的不良反应分析及护理

摘　　要：目的分析无抽搐电休克(MECT)治疗精神病患者的不良反应并提出护理措施。方法回顾分析了我院82例精神病患者接受MECT治疗共515次中出现的各类不良反应。结果82例精神病患者在接受MECT治疗过程中,出现自主呼吸恢复时间超过6min以上者16例,暂时记忆障碍者5例,颈、胸部大片红疹者9例,呼吸道分泌物过多5例,烦躁不安62例,头痛不适8例。结论MECT治疗过程中的不良反应有一定的危险性,不容忽视。密切观察病情变化、采取及时有效地加压吸氧、侧卧位、适当的约束保护及良好的心理沟通是保证患者安全的重要措施。Objective To analyze the side-effect occurred in the psychotic patients who were treated by modified electric convulsive treatment (MECT) and to propose the nursing measures. Methods 82 psychotic by MECT in our hospital were reviewed and found that there were a total of 515 events with side effects. Results Among the 82 psychotic by MECT, 16 persons exhibited with an independent respiration delay of more than 6 minutes, 5 persons with a temporal memory disorder, 15 persons with a lot of roseola on their neck and chest, 5 persons with an overmuch amount of secretion in the respiratory tube, 62 persons with a dysphoria, and 8 persons with a headache. Conclusions The side effects in the psychotic patients treated with MECT have a regular risk, which should be paid more attention to. It is need to adopt the following measures: closely observing the change of the disease in the patients, inhaling the oxygen by pressurization, lying on the side, taking a proper restraint and keeping a good communication with the patients. All these are the important measures for keeping the patients safe.
