摘 要:对带 L形金属闭气环的闭气炮闩 ,建立了闭气环与衬套径向作用的轴对称弹性力学模型 ,并导出了最大膛压作用下闩体膛底合力计算公式 .该方法考虑了闭气环与衬套之间的摩擦力 ,比常规方法更接近实际 ;对某闭气炮闩简化模型 ,将该方法的结果与有限元数值模拟的结果进行了对比 ,验证了所建模型和计算公式的合理性 .An axisymmetric elasticity model for the radial effect of the obturator ring and liner assembly of a breech mechanism with L-shaped metal obturator ring is established. The formulae of bore-bottom resultant force on the breech block are worked out on the basis of this model. Taking into account the friction force between obturator ring and liner, this approach is closer to the real condition than the conventional one. Simultaneously, the comparison of the results from the method developed in this paper to the FEM results for a simplified model of a practical instance shows the reasonability of the method. The formulae presented are practical for the design of the gun locking mechanisms with obturator.
