浅谈邓小平关于西部开发的思想

摘　　要：邓小平把“共同富裕”作为社会的基本目标并提出共同富裕的途径是“部分先富”。由此 ,邓小平提出“两个大局”的战略思想。Deng Xiaoping holds the viewpoint that “common prosperity” is the basic goal of the society , and that the approach to “common prosperity” is “letting some people become rich first”.Therefore, he proposes the strategic ideas of “two overall situations”. Implementing the strategy of West Development is the inevitable practice of Deng Xiaoping's ideas on West Development.
