摘　　要：本文对哈萨克斯坦成立十年以来的对外政策进行了简要的介绍分析,并对其在新世纪的对外政策进行了简单的预测,特别是对中哈进行了较深入的介绍和分析。本文包括三部分:哈萨可斯坦对外政策的优先方向;中哈关系;哈萨克斯坦与世界主要国家的关系。This thesis introduces and analyses briefly the external policy of Kazakhstan during the ten years since its establishment ,and predicts the external policy in the new century ,especially introduces and analyses deeply the relationship of Sion-Kazakhstan.This thesis includes three parts:the first is the priority of the external policy of kazakhstan ,the second is the relationships of kazakhstan and the main countries in the world , the third is the relationship of Sino Kazakhstan .
