摘　　要：宪法修正案将″国家尊重和保障人权″载入宪法,开创了中国人权发展进程新的里程碑,具有重大的法律价值。但同时,我国宪法对人权的规定不够完备,权利保障体系不够健全,也是不容忽视的问题。人权保障,任重而道远。The Bill of Amendnent made ″the state respect and guarantee Human Rights″ drawmed i?眼 om the constitution law, and this is the milestone which has great legal value in the developmemt of Chinese Human Rights. However, our country is still not perfect in the stipulation of human rights, guarantee system of rights. And it is an indispensable problem. Human rights protection shoulders heavy.
