血液异型淋巴细胞检测结果的实验分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨病毒感染血液中异型淋巴细胞比例增高的临床意义。方法　采用光学显微镜对病毒性感染患者血片中异型淋巴细胞进行分型统计。结果　 145例中I型 (泡沫型 )异型淋巴细胞检出 93例 (占6 1.5 % ) ,Ⅱ型 (不规则型 ) 31例 (占 2 3.4 % ) ,Ⅲ型 (幼稚型 ) 2 1例 (占 15 .1% )。结论　除EB病毒感染容易引起异型淋巴细胞增多外 。Objective To research the clinical significance of ratio increase of heterotypic lymphocytes in virus infected blood.Methods Under optical microscope typing of heterotypic lymphocytes was finished on blood film of virus infected cases.Results Ninty three type Ⅰ(foam type,61.5 %),31 type Ⅱ(irregular type,23.4 %)and 21 Type Ⅲ(infantile type,15.1 %) were detected out of 145 cases.Conclusion Besides EB virus infection,others may also cause the number of heterotypic lymphocytes to increase.
