摘　　要：目的　探讨运用护理程序对临终患者的护理效果。方法　采用护理评估、护理诊断、护理目标、护理措施等步骤对 2 0例临终肿瘤患者进行护理。结果　 2 0例临终患者中有 18例 (90 % )能坦然面对现实 ,正确对待死亡 ,仅有 2例 (10 % )患者意志消沉、不能自拔。结论　运用护理程序对临终患者进行护理 ,可减少患者身心痛苦 ,使其正确对待死亡 ,坦然、舒适地渡过生命的最后时刻。Objective To explore the nursing effect of nursing process on terminal stage patients.MethodsTwenty cases with tumors were nursed through nursing estimate,nursing diagnosis,nursing aim,nursing measures and etc.Methods Facing the coming death,18 cases(90 %) were calm and only 2 (10 %) were in low spirits and inescapably caught in the death.Conclusion Nursing through nursing process can reduce sufferings of terminal stge patients,encourage them to face the coming death in a right way and spend their las...
