摘　　要：目的研究沙丁胺醇包合物缓释片的释药机制。方法采用粉末直接压片法制备沙丁胺醇包合物缓释片,释放度测定采用《中华人民共和国药典》2000版二部释放度测定法中的第3法,用显色法测定释放介质中沙丁胺醇的浓度。结果经Peppas方程处理,扩散指数为0.667,相关系数为0.9990。结论沙丁胺醇缓释片以扩散和溶蚀协同作用释药。Objective To investigate the releasing mechanism of salbutamol-ethylated β-cyclodextrins complexes inclusion sustained release tablets.Methods Salbutamol-ethylated β-cyclodextrins complexes sustained release tablets were made by powder tabletting method. The release rate was accquired according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2000).The concentration of salbutamol in the release medium was determined by colorimetric method.
