泰安地区1860例健康查体者尿液有形成份结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨泰安地区健康成人尿液中白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞的定量参考范围。方法选择1860例健康查体者,使用一次性定量计数板和全自动尿沉渣分析仪uf-100,直接计数随机尿中红细胞、白细胞和上皮细胞数量。结果定量计数板法男性:红细胞0～5.5/ul,白细胞0～9/ul,上皮细胞0～4/ul。女性:红细胞0～9/ul白细胞0～22/ul上皮细胞0～32/ul。UF-100法男性:红细胞0～8/ul白细胞0～12/ul上皮细胞0～8/ul女性红细胞0～12/ul自细胞0～24/ul上皮细胞0～32.5/ul两法参考范围接近。结论为泰安地区尿液有形成份检测规范化标准化和临床应用提供依据。Objective To analyse the reference range of urinary formed elements by microscopic quantitation from healthy people in Taian.Methods The same methods were used to examine the red blood cells(RBC)、the white blood cells(WBC) and the eplthelic cells of urine from 1860 healthe people in Taian,unnary formed elements were detected in uncontrifuged samples by microscopic quantitmton and UF-100 fully automated urine cell analyzer.Results The range of RBC was 0～5.5/ul(men)、0～9/ul(women);
