Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血浆内皮素、脂联素、超氧化物歧化酶水平变化与下肢大血管病变的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆内皮素(ET)、脂联素(adiponectin)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与Ⅱ型糖尿病患者下肢大血管病变发生的关系。方法Ⅱ型糖尿病患者用放射免疫法测定血浆ET,酶联免疫法测定血清脂联素、SOD水平变化,采用彩色多普勒超声判定Ⅱ型糖尿病患者下肢大血管病变。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病患者伴下肢大血管病变与ET水平呈正相关(P<0.05);与脂联素、SOD水平呈负相关(p<0.05)。结论高水平的血浆ET、低水平的脂联素和SOD在Ⅱ型糖尿病患者下肢大血管病变中起重要作用。Objective Abstract Purpose to discuss the relationship between endothelin,adiponectin,super oxidase dimutase and lower extremity arterial disease of Type 2 diabetic.Method determine the change of endothelin,adiponectin,super oxidase dimutase of Type 2 diabetic with radioimmunoassay,judge the lower extremity arterial disease with colour doppler ultrasonography.Result lower extremity arterial disease of Type 2 diabetic positive correlated with endothelin(P<0.05),and negative correlated with adiponectin and super oxidase dismutase(P<0.05).Conclusion high level endothelin,low level adiponectin,and super oxidase dismutase played an important role in lower extremity arterial disease of Type 2 diabetic.
