抽取血液量减少时对凝血酶原时间检测结果的影响

摘　　要：目的分析抽取血量减少对有或无止凝血功能异常病人的凝血酶原时间检测结果的影响。方法挑选40例病人,其HCT在20-55%范围内,其中20例病人无止凝血功能异常病史,另20例病人止凝血功能异常。用一次性采血器采血后,注入到定量0.3mL枸橼酸钠抗凝管中,注入血量分别为2.7mL,2.4mL,2.1mL,检测其凝血酶原时间。结果无止凝血功能异常病人血量稍有减少对凝血酶原时间没有影响;抽取血量少到一定程度时,对结果有影响;有止凝血功能异常病人血量稍少时即对结果有影响。讨论病人进行凝血项目的检测,对抽血技术要求比较高,止凝血功能异常病人在抽血检测凝血项目时,采血一定要注意抽血量。Objective To measure the patients’ prothrombin time whose blood is little whether the thrombin function is normal or not.Methods We select 40 patients,whose HCT is about 20 to 55 percent,in which 20 patients’ thrombin function is normal,and the other is abnormal.After sampling the blood,we pour it to 0.3 mL sodium citrate.When the inpouring blood is 2.7mL,2.4mL and 2.1mL,we measure the prothrombin time respectively.Result The patients’ prothrombin time whose thrombin function is normal isn’t affected by the inpouring blood.The result is affected when the blood is little than 2.4ml.When the patients’thrombin function is abnormal,the result is affected by the inpouring blood.Conclusions When we measure the patients’ prothrombin time,we should pay attention to the sampling blood,it is a technique for the sampler.
