摘  要:目的观察缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿血清可溶性Fas(sfas)和可溶性Fas配体(sFasL)的变化及结果分析。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定新生儿HIE血清中sfassFasL的含量,在按临床分度分为重、中、轻分3组。结果1.HIE患儿急性期,恢复期sfass、FasL水平均明显高于对照组(p均<0.01);二者急性期均显著高于恢复早期(P均<0.01)。2.重中轻HIE患儿急性期血清sfas与sFasL水平均明显高于对照组(P<0。05、0.01)3,HIE患儿急性期血清sfas与sFasL水平呈显著正相关(r=0.5l P<0.01)。结论HIE患儿血清sfas与sFasL水平增高与病情密切相关,检测sfas与sFasL水平可以作为判断HIE病可靠实验室指标。Objective To observe the dynarmic changes of serum soluble fas(sfas)and soluble Fas ligand(sFasL) in newdorns with hypoxic—ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) and the analogism of theresult.Methods concentratiohs of sfas and sfasl in femoral venous were measured by ELISA.According to Clinicai sympton,the newborns with HIE were divided into geutle,moderate and.severe groups.Results 1.the concerntrations of sfas and sFalSl in acute period and early convalescence were Significantly higher than those of control group(ALL P<0.01).And the concerptrations of both in acute periodwere signif±cantlyhigherthanthose inearlyconvalescence(ALLP<0.01)2.The concentratiohs of sfas and sFasl in acute peviod,including gentle,moderate and severe symptoms were significantly higher than those of control group(p<0.05,0.01),3.Correlative analysis showed that the conceritration of sfas in acute period was correlated positively With sFasL(r=0.51 P<0.01).Conclusions the increases of sfas and sFasl have relationships with stadium and upoptasis of HIE,laboratory test of serum sFasl and sfas may serve as a laboratory index for estimation of HIE condition.
