摘　　要：目的对脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)电化学发光法测定的原理及此法测定的精密度、分析的灵敏度、干扰试验等内容做进一步的测定或验证,为临床提供方法学的支持。方法使用Roche公司生产的NT-proBNP试剂盒在Roche MODULAR PPE全自动生化免疫分析仪上测定,以对其正常参考范围、精密度、灵敏度等内容进行测定或验证。结果NT-proBNP的正常参考范围为:<125pg/ml。批内精密度CV(%)分别为0.841、.04、0.541、.12;批间精密度CV(%)为4.063、.503、.21、3.83.测量线性范围为5~35000pg/ml。结论此法测试时间短,准确性好,是目前较理想的方法。Objective To study the principal,precision,accuracy,interference of the electrochemiluminescence immunoassay method for NT-proBNP and to provide the method supporting for the clinical work.Method The automatic analysis or checking was made on the ROCHE automatic biochemical-immune analyzer MODULAR PPE using the NT-proBNP kits of Roche corporation.the normal reference range,precision,accuracy etc,were calculated.Results the normal reference range of NT-proBNP is <125pg/ml,NT-proBNP`s CVs of intra-assay are 0.84、1.04、0.54、1.12;NT-proBNP`s CVs of inter-assay are 4.06、3.50、3.21、3.83.the linear range of NT-proBNP is 5～35000pg/ml.Conclusion the electrochemiluminescence immunoassay method for NT-proBNP is a rapid,accurate and an ideal method at present.
