481株分枝杆菌的分离培养及耐药性分析

摘  要:目的从痰及体液等临床标本中分离培养出分枝杆菌并进行体外药物敏感性分析,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法应用改良罗氏培养基以及Bact/ALERT MP培养基分离痰、胸水等标本中的分枝杆菌,并应用绝对浓度法进行了体外药物敏感性测定。结果获得了464株MTB1、6株MOTT和I株NTM,以及它们对10种常用药物的药敏试验结果;其中对10种药物全部表现为敏感的MTB为60.6%(281/464),而MUTT为0;对四种一线抗结核药物全部表现为敏感的MTB占72.0%(334/464)。结论EMB、CPM、PAS以及PNA等对MTB均具有较高的药物敏感性,而MUTT的耐药性远远高于MTB,应引起临床的注意。Objective To use antibiotics against Mycobacterium more rationally,we separated and cultivated Mycobacterium from clinical samples and investigated their antibiotic resistallce.Methods Some special clinical samples were separated and cultivated in L-J cultures as well as Bact/ALERTMP,then antibiotic resistance assay were carried out for further analysis.Results 464 strains MTB、16 smarts MOTT and 1 strain NTM were separated,and 10 antibiotics resistance assay results were obtained.Conclusion The antibiotic resistance of MUTT is more serious than the antibiotic resistanc of MTB、EBM、CPM、PAS and PAN have higher sensitity on MTB and we docters should pay more attention to these antibiotics when face to MTB treatment.
